Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden says hosting Jesus Christ Superstar is her greatest achievement

Amanda, fresh from judging Britain’s Got Talent, will front the ITV1 search for a star for a new production of Jesus Christ Superstar.

She said: “It’s probably the most important gig I’ve done because I slogged for years in musical theatre to get my break.

“When I was at drama school, Andrew was like a god. We literally worshipped at the altar of his music.”
