Stripper and nightclub dancer Biannca Lake, 28, told programme hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield that she has more than 200 notches on her bedpost and once slept with six men in just one week.

The brunette, who featured heavily in How To Get A Life on BBC3 last night and auditioned for the X Factor in 2010, said that anyone who judges her is just "jealous".

Essex girl Biannca said: "I don't think of the future as I like to live life to the full. [I live] everyday like it's my last and when I go out and party, I party like it's my last."

And talking about her sex life, she continued: "The thing is, most girls are doing it, it's just I'm brave enough to say I'm doing it. They are living in denial, a lot of girls are doing it, and probably some of them even more."

When quizzed over her actions by Holly, Biannca shot back: "Why be with one [man] when you can be with them all?"

Explaining that she parties six days a week and gets PAID to bring hot girls into the clubs, Biannca insisted that despite her wild lifestyle she always practises safe sex.

She appeared on the This Morning sofa alongside the show's resident agony aunt, Denise Robertson.

Biannca was on Cherry Healey's new show How To Get A Life last night which showed the realities of the lives of single people.

Biannca said she wasn't hesitant to take part in the programme, explaining: "I'm not shy, I don't care what people think about me."

It's not the first time Biannca has been on TV. She auditioned for the X Factor as part of girl group Dice in 2010.

But at the time, Cheryl Cole warned the ladies to lay off the fake tan.

Simon Cowell jumped to their defence making a jibe that Cheryl might need to follow her own advice.
