The reality TV star, who is eight months pregnant, is said to have moved into an unfurnished flat she owns in Essex after walking out of the house she shared with the cage fighter.
The split is said to have occurred last Wednesday â€" when Chantelle tweeted: "Karma is a b**** and I'm so glad it is cos people only find out how much of a b**** it is when its too late and they've hurt u".
And as her new property has no bed, mum-to-be Chantelle is reported to be sleeping on the floor.
A source is reported to have said: "She is absolutely devastated. She is in a complete state.
"She moved back into her flat, where she feels safe. She wont tell any of us what Alex has done.
"There are some very worried people. Shes eight months pregnant and is holed up in a flat on her own without even a bed to sleep on."
Chantelle, 28, was recently spotted struggling with her shopping while fella Alex was touring the country with stripper-based play Wildboyz.
And the pair recently called off their engagement after a series of blazing rows over Chantelle's "interfering pals".
Alex, 36, told a pal: “I’ve told Chantelle I’m not marrying her when things are like this.
“Friends keep pushing her to say things about us that aren’t true and keep poking their noses into our lives no matter how much it hurts me.â€
