Furious Sam was seen tackling Joey about the incident on last night's episode of the hit ITV2 show.
Joey, 21, dashed to Sam's home for crisis talks after receiving a text from the blonde boutique owner, which read: "I know what you did last night."
Sam, also 21, confronted Joey, who insisted "nothing happened".
Joey then hit back at Sam asking her: "Why do you go around telling everyone you're single all the time?"
He told her: "I love you Sam, I love you so much."
To which she replied: "You don't even know what love means."
The couple, who had been seeing each other for a few weeks, then agreed to split after Joey told her: "I love you babe, but I just don't feel like you love me ... I think maybe we should just finish it now."
Sam simply nodded her head and replied: "Fine."
Joey was spotted cosying up to Amber Turner, a waitress at Mason's restaurant in Brentwood, Essex, last Tuesday night.
They met at Mahiki in Soho, central London, as the club promoter celebrated pal James 'Diags' Bennewith's 21st birthday.
They left the club holding hands before clambering into a car together, where Joey tried to hide his face from the cameras.
Earlier, Sam had told sister Billie: "I'm absolutely fuming. I woke up this morning to find out Joey went home last night with another girl."
She added: "Everyone saw it, he was with her all night, he went home with her, he walked out the club holding her hand, they got in a cab just the two of them, and went home.
"Everyone thinks he's so innocent and lovely, and when you broke up with him bad Sam, poor Joey, it's b******* and everyone knows now what he's really like."
Sam dumped Joey last year after they dated for four months.
