In an episode where she voices her own animated character, the chart star comes to Springfield to boost the town’s self-esteem.
Gaga is shown eating milk and cookies in the Simpsons' kitchen while Marge is lamenting being the mother of someone as smart and sensitive as Lisa.
She tries to comfort Marge by putting a hand on her arm â€" but Marge recoils and winces, leaving the pop star, real name Stefani Germanotta â€" to tell her, "It's only human contact."
The Born This Way singer then KISSES the matriach of the Simpson house, which boosts Marge's performance in the bedroom with her husband Homer later on.
The artist also performed a new song during her appearance on the show.
The track, titled Little Monsters, was written exclusively for the popular programme and is a parody of her relationship with her fanbase who she refers to as Monsters.
The song includes lyrics: "When they're young, all little monsters learn that they are scary, ugly, stupid, shunned by cupid, overweight, and hairy.
"But every monster needs to find that secret deep inside, that transforms Dr Jekyll into sexy Mr Hyde."
In the episode, entitled Lisa Goes Gaga, the singer arrives in Springfield on board the Gaga Express train, powered by a giant flame-shooting bustier.
The pop star tries to boost The Simpsons' eldest daughter's spirits after she becomes a complete social outcast.
The 26-year-old cartoon version of the performer tells Lisa it's good to be unique and not just like everybody else.
And Gaga even cries DIAMOND tears in one scene when Lisa is frosty with her.
The US singer previously admitted she was nervous while recording her lines for the Sky1 show â€" calling the characters "so awesomely convincing and sincere and wild and funny".
But she added: "I would say this is one of the coolest thing's I've ever done. My dad's probably going to do 80 backflips when the episode comes out.
