The actress will play no nonsense manager Lorraine of northern megastore Valco in Sky1 HD show Trollied alongside former Ab Fab star Jane Horrocks.
Stephanie said: “Lorraine is the most outrageous human being I have ever been given the joyful task of portraying. Lucky me, bad luck anyone who crosses her."
Comedy actor Dominic Coleman, ex-Corrie and CBB star Lucien Laviscount and Goodnight Sweetheart’s Victor McGuire will also join the cast.
Lucy Lumsden, head of comedy at Sky, added: “Look out for some in-store changes, Trollied is going to be bigger, brighter and better.
"We adore the new additions to the cast and the writers have had a ball writing for them.â€
The second series is set to air in August on Sky1 HD.
