The blonde babe, who plays Eva Price on the ITV1 soap, told new! magazine that although she is happy with her figure, she is envious of the 24-year-old brunette beauty who stars as Tina McIntyre.
The actress, 28, said: "When I started working with my personal trainer, I said, 'I’d kill to look like Michelle Keegan!'"
Catherine â€" who plummeted from a size 22 to a size 10 before joining the soap â€" said: "I lost 4½st over the space of about 18 months when I was 17. What worked was healthy eating and exercise."
And she continued: "I don’t eat any junk food and have loads of organic food and fruit and veg. Exercise-wise, I work out four times a week doing weights, swimming and interval training."
Talking about her stunning co-star who won Sexiest Female at this year's Soap Awards, Catherine said: "She’s lovely and we get on really well.
"We share a love of dogs â€" we are always talking about dogs. Michelle is just gorgeous, inside and out."
