The national sales manager is convinced the telly tycoon would make the X Factor boss quake in his boots if he had to take a seat opposite him in the boardroom.
He laughed: âThat finger would probably scare the life out of anybody â" whether it is Simon Cowell or Stephen Brady, to be honest.â
Stephen was given the boot in a shock double elimination alongside Gabrielle Omar last night.
Last week he threw down the gauntlet to Lord Sugar, promising a win in this weekâs task. But he failed and was axed.
The hopeful also kept up the long-standing tradition of spouting cheesy lines throughout his time in the BBC1 programme â" earning him an affectionate nickname.

âBut I also provided really good business decisions and a bit of entertainment.
âOverall I am happy with how it came across.â
Stephen reckons he lost out because he ran out of steam after being in the process for ten weeks.
He said: âAt the end, I thought, âI donât have much more left in the tankâ as I had invested so much energy at the start.â
And talking about the double elimination, Stephen said he felt Gabby suffered the same problem.
He explained: âShe was another one who invested a lot in earlier tasks and I think she became a bit jaded.â
Gabrielle may not have won the show but the architect has found a new boyfriend â" fellow contestant Nick Holzherr.

Stephen said: âThey get on very well and are nice people.â
And he added: âOn the business side they are very capable and, outside the process, are exactly as they came across, very considered and nice.â
Stephen, who said he will pursue his business idea without Lord Sugarâs help, said he doesnât have any regrets from the show.
He said: âIf you make mistakes in life, itâs as a result of a lot of trying.
âI always give things a shot because this isnât a rehearsal â" itâs one life and weâve all got to try our best.â
