It will see the former Coronation Street star follow in the footsteps of Jeremy Kyle, Piers Morgan and Anne Robinson, who have all become huge stars in the US.
The TV company will fly American contestants to The Chaseâs UK studios next week to film the pilot.
And they are hoping it will lead to Bradley becoming a big name Stateside. A source said: âThis is the big time for Bradley now. It could be huge.
âTelly is a big deal in America and they love Brits â" look at Anne Robinson, Piers Morgan. Even Jeremy Kyle and Gordon Ramsay have made the big time.â
The Chase, which is broadcast on week-days on ITV1 at 5pm, sees a team of four contestants attempt to amass as much money as possible by answering quick-fire questions in a 60-second round.
Each correct answer earns the contestant £1,000. The money earned will go towards a team kitty, but there is one person standing in their way of grabbing the cash â" a quiz genius known as The Chaser.
The Chaserâs job is to catch each contestant and make sure the players are not able to put the money into the kitty, which the team must collectively play for in The Final Chase.
The Chaser catches the contestant by moving forwards every time they answer a question correctly.
If the contestant is also right, they move forward and stay ahead.
Average prize money is £5,000 per episode.
The chasers on the UK show are Mark Labbett, Shaun Wallace, Anne Hegerty and Paul Sinha. It has not been decided if they will star on the US show.
