Eamonn Holmes wants to hire speedboat to get him to This Morning on time during the Olympics

He fears he won’t be able to make it from his Sky News Sunrise show in time to present ITV1’s This Morning.

Eamonn said: “The traffic in London during the Olympics is going to be awful. So I’ve even looked into a speedboat.

“I thought I could jump on it, speed up the Thames and get off at ITV. But it costs £750 for just one trip!”

Eamonn fronts Sunrise between 6am and 9am from Sky’s studios in west London. He then hot-foots it to London’s South Bank for the start of This Morning at 10.30am.
