The muscle-bound star, 33, rocked the quirky footwear for an appearance on ITV1's This Morning today.
Talking to hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford about her new show Brawn In the USA, which follows her bodybuilding career, Jodie said it was her own idea to have Britain's Got Talent stars Twist and Pulse choreograph her routines.
She said: "(I) had fallen head over heels in love with them both and I begged for them to teach me â" and they loved it as well, we had so much fun and didn't stop laughing."
On her current eating habits she confessed: "I eat about 24 eggs a day â" egg whites.
"And yes, I'm still veggie â" it's really difficult because most bodybuilders eat chicken and fish and I don't have that option... it's fine but you do get a bit sick of eggs!"
Jodie has previously talked about how her new career path saved her from suicide.
The ex-Page 3 girl admits she contemplated smashing her truck at high speed following public humiliation on Celebrity Big Brother and a string of failed relationships with high-profile men.
But being taken seriously by the bodybuilding world has helped her turn her life around â" and she has even just won a championship in America.
Jodie, who is a tiny dress size four and weighs just 8st 2lb, says: âI can honestly say these are the best years of my life.
âI canât even describe how good it is just to finally feel like I am doing something positive.
âIâve always wanted to do something good but people would never take me seriously. Now they are.
âI feel so fit and healthy and ripped and strong. Itâs so good to put the bad times behind me.â
