The TV presenter, 34, moved out of the five-bed mansion earlier last week and put it on the market.
Graham, 38, moved into his own flat days after leaving Myleene in April â" just six months into their marriage.
A source close to Myleene said: âShe has quit the house for good. Friends had urged her to as it was painful to stay there with so many memories.
âShe hopes a new place will help her move on and get some perspective.
âIt was also impractical in such a huge house with just two small kids.â
Myleene has now rented a house in North London with daughters Ava, four, and 14-month-old Hero.
Meanwhile, pals of Graham claim he is as upset as she is â" and missing having regular access to his daughters.
The bodyguard, who met Myleene in 2001 while working for her pop group HearâSay, told a friend: âI just want to see my children. However upset we both are, we have to put them first.â
Pals also claim he married Myleene in a bid to salvage their relationship. One said: âThey got married to improve a relationship rocky for some time. It lasted for 11 years, their life together did not start at their wedding.
"To make out he left on a whim is nonsense."
Another friend said: âSome portray him as a rat, which is unfair. Heâs gutted.â
Grahamâs legal team has insisted any claims that he was seeing other women before or after the split are false.
