The actress, 29, is married to Stephen Moyer — who also stars in the vampire show — and says that the two men are "buddies".
Speaking to Redbook magazine, Anna said: "'We feel completely comfortable together.
"Everyone is very respectful of each other’s boundaries ... They’re all very gentlemanly about it.â€
Anna, who plays Sookie Stackhouse in the show, met Stephen, alias Bill Compton, on the set of the programme.
Their characters were also lovers, but later split up on screen.
Yesterday it was revealed that Anna and Stephen are having twins.
Talking about motherhood, Anna said: "I have a side that’s very nesty, and another that thinks, 'Let’s lock up the house and go away for five months'."
Stephen has two children Billy, 12, and Lilac, ten, from previous relationships.
