The 30-year-old was filming for Irish TV reality show Celebrity Salon when the accident happened.
It's thought the tiny blonde managed to break her arm while doing a saucy dance with ex Brookside actor Philip Olivier while out partying.
But the trouper still managed to spend the night drinking cocktails during the wrap party with her co-stars - even though she looked glum sat on the actor's lap.
The programme sees eight minor celebrities competing in various salon-based tasks in order to be crowned the winning beauty therapist.
Contestants joining the professional moaner on TV include Desperate Scousewives star Layla Flaherty.
Nikki posted on her Twitter page about her arm saying: "Hoping my broken arm doesn't spoil the rest of my time on @celebsalon #fedup :-(."
But she's clearly enjoying a bit more time on reality TV writing: "Just finished promo shoot for @celebsalon. Wrap party tomorrow... I love Ireland! X x x."
At least she's en-joint-ing herself.
