A hilarious new trailer for the billionaire composer's latest telly offering has a distinctly supernatural feeling.
The promo, which is due to air on ITV1 from tomorrow, is based on the final scene of sci-fi movie Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
It shows members of the production team staring open-mouthed at the stage door as it opens and a series of shadowy figures emerge from behind a bright light.
Lord Webber strolls through the middle of the group, before asking: "What on earth are you all looking at?"
The new reality show will see Lord Webber, 64, search for a star to play Jesus in an updated version of his 1972 West End musical Jesus Christ Superstar.
