Britain’s Got Talent Loveable Rogues’ secret link to Simon Cowell

Britain’s Got Talent Loveable Rogues’ secret link to Simon Cowell

The trio â€" who will perform in tomorrow’s live final after being put through on the public vote â€" have already said that they were asked to audition by show producers.

In yesterday’s Sun, band member Eddie Brett admitted: “We did get approached.”

Now it has emerged that six months ago they were signed by Albert Samuel, of the Mission Control Artists Agency, who have represented artists including Blue, Blazin’ Squad and Kimberly Wyatt.

Last night Albert â€" who also manages re-formed Nineties band East 17 â€" admitted he knew Cowell but said they hadn’t spoken for three years.

A show spokesman said: “Simon did not know of the Loveable Rogues prior to their judges’ audition earlier this year.”
