The comedian flashed the flesh in a white singlet, blue hat, stripy shorts and a pair of spotted grey socks while enjoying the sunshine on Brighton Pier.

Alan, who grills celebrities on his Friday night show Chatty Man, was doing some filming with talk show king Jonathan Ross for a new Channel 4 programme yesterday.

He tweeted: “Having a wonderful time in Brighton as always. Having a staycation with @wossy as you do x.”

BLAKE Harrison has landed a new gig â€" the lead role in a Comedy Central pilot called Big Bad World.

Blake, who played Neil Sutherland in The Inbetweeners, will play graduate Ben Turnbull who reluctantly returns to his home town after three years away and catches up with old friends.

His friends are played by Rebecca Humphries, Seann Walsh and David Fynn.

Men Behaving Badly’s Caroline Quentin and The Vicar Of Dibley’s James Fleet have also been signed up.
